You cannot amend the order from your end after you have placed it. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist as long as the order is not dispatched already.

Yes you can cancel your order even after you have paid for it. Simply contact us through "contact us" section and we will cancel it for you. However if the order has already been dispatched then please return the item to us before we can issue a refund.

Boxzy does not offer drop shipping to customers. You will be required to provide a valid, physical address to receive the product that you order through the site and all our packaging has Boxzy logo displayed.

Once you complete your order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear which will include your order reference number. You will also receive an email confirmation.

We accept majority of credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and American Express. You can also use Pay Pal.

We try our utmost to keep inventory fully stocked,  however in case a product is out of store, please contact us and we will be able to give you time frame for back in stock.

Yes, in order for us to accept any price match please send us the link of that product and we will be happy to match the price. Please note, we only offer price match on the original retail price and not on daily deals or other offers.

DELIVERY FAQs

Our standard delivery estimated time is 3 to 5 working days. We also offer next day service for orders placed before 4pm (Mon -Thu). Depending on the delivery option you chose, we aim to deliver all orders within the time frame. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you in advance of any issues.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply use this tracking number to see the journey of your item from our warehouse to your door.

We have standard delivery or next day delivery option available on most of our products. Upon check out you will be given the delivery option to choose from and the associated cost.

Our aim is to deliver all items within the time frame provided. In a rare event of an item not arriving in the time frame mentioned, please kindly contact our customer service team and include your order number so that we can help locating your order as fast as we can.

We send all items together in one order. However, in rare case where one of the items ordered is out of stock, we will notify you about this prior to dispatching your order.

We do not include printed version of receipts in order packaging and send them via email when the order is placed.

We do offer international delivery service to several countries. You will be able to select the country during Checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQs

Yes as long as the item is unopened and still in its original packaging.

We offer 14 days return policy on all of our products across the whole site.

We do not add any additional charges for return, however buyer will pay for the return postage.

After we receive the items and have fully inspected them.

We will inform you via email once we have issued the refund. Please note it can take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If it has passed 5 business days, and you have still not received the refund, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into this.
